Phosphate Buffer Saline (PBS) with Casein 1% pH 7.4 is an optimized buffer to block membranes and to reduce background in blotting procedures. PBS-Casein 1% is a ready to use buffer for blocking steps in ELISA, Western, IHC and nucleic acid detection methods. Available in TBS buffer.
