Overview
PBS with Tween™-20 pH 7.4, is a ready to use buffer formulation that includes pH stabilizers, salts and a non-ionic detergent. It is commonly used as washing buffer in immunoassay procedures to reduce non-specific binding without affecting antigen-antibody interaction.
