Overview
INDIGO™ Loading Buffer 6x is a DNA/RNA Loading Buffer for easy loading and tracking of samples on agarose gels. It includes glycerol as high density component and bromophenol blue as tracking dye. Bromophenol blue is widely used dye in agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. It migrates at 220 bp (TBE Buffer) or 370 bp (TAE Buffer) on 0.7 – 1% agarose gels.
