One Step Retrotranscription RT qPCR

Q-PLUS™-One Step RT-qPCR Probe Master Mix (4x), Low ROX is an optimized Master Mix designed for real time quantitative RT-PCR. It contains heat-labile uracil‑DNA‑glycosylase (UDG) to prevent reamplification of carryover PCR products. cDNA synthesis and qPCR are combined in a single step providing a convenient and streamlined workflow.
This versatile formulation is useful for a wide range of probe technologies including Taqman®, Molecular Beacons® or Scorpion® probes.
For data normalization during analysis, low concentrated ROX™ dye in is used as internal passive reference dye.
