High-Q™ Spin-Column Bacteria Genomic DNA Purification Kit is an optimized kit to purified genomic DNA from bacterial culture. Suitable for Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria, purification is based on silica spin columns in presence of chaotropic salts. Genomic DNA is obtained in high quantity and quality.

- DNA obtained is suitable for downstream molecular biology applications such as PCR, enzymatic digestion for cloning or Southern, genotyping, etc.
- Shipped in: Ambient Temperature.
- Storage: All components can be stored at Room Temperature (18 to 25 °C), except Proteinase K solution at –20 °C and Lysozyme at 4ºC. If any kit reagent forms a precipitate, warm at 55–65 °C until the precipitate dissolves, and allow cooling to room temperature before use.
