Overview
TIARIS™ Ruler 500-10000 bp is a ready to use molecular weight marker suitable in the range of 500 bp to 10000 bp. The ruler is composed by 11 bands with fragments with the following sizes: 0.5; 1.0; 1.5; 2.0; 2.5; 3.0; 4.0; 5.0; 6.0; 8.0 and 10 Kb. The 1 Kb band has three times increased intensity relative to the other bands for easy identification. The product includes loading buffer with a loading dye.
