Overview
STOUT™ Recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase Kit is highly flexible kit that includes all PCR components shipped in individual vials to allow for customizable PCR reactions. STOUT Recombinant Taq DNA polymerases (MW 94 kDa) is robust thermostable polymerase produced in Escherichia coli. Highly purified the enzyme has a strong 5′-3′ polymerase activity. It has a weak 5′- 3′ exonuclease activity while 3′-5′ exonuclease activity is absent.
Features
- High thermostability, the enzyme half-life at 94 ºC is 40 minutes.
- Addition without template of 3′ adenine at the end of PCR fragment.
- Immediate activation.
- Include STOUT PCR Buffer (10X), High-Q™ dNTPs Mix and MgCl2 25mM.
