TIARIS™ Plant Direct PCR Kit
Overview
Tiaris-Plant Direct PCR kit is designed to perform PCR directly from plant samples with no prior DNA purification. The kit combines a simple but efficient DNA extraction method with direct amplification using a convenient 2X master mix formulation. The formulation is optimized to intercept plant-derived inhibitors and allows for amplification from purified DNA, crude extracts, or plant material directly. DNA extraction is carried out in a single tube, without the need of multiple washing steps, therefore minimizing the risk of contamination. For especially difficult samples, 10X Plant Enhancer is included.
