Overview
Tris Buffer Saline (TBS) with Tween™-20 (pH 7.6), is used as a wash buffer in immuno-labeling techniques and ELISA. Tween 20 promotes more effective washings, resulting in decreased non-specific background staining. It is supplied as sterile concentrated solution and it must be diluted at 1x before its use.
